Community-Based Adult Services

Fresno CBAS provides comprehensive health care services to individuals over the age of18 with physical, cognitive, and/or developmental disabilities for the purpose of restoring or maintaining the optimal capacity for self-care.

CBAS Services

Nursing services include: Medication Management, Pain Management, Caregiver/Participant Nutrition Education

Social Services include: Behavioral counseling (group and individual) and community resources coordination (housing, health insurance,food, etc.)

Activities include: Daily therapeutic, social, and educational activities (such as bingo, painting, puzzles, and other arts and crafts)

Physical/OccupationalTherapy Services include: Evaluations, Chronic Pain Management, and Daily Exercises.

Nutritional Services include: Personalized nutritional menu created by a Registered Dietician, daily breakfast and lunch.
